Request Scratchgard access

Choose the role you are applying for. Zonal Manager and Work Delegator access is never granted by the signup form itself; Super Admin must approve the role application.

Contact verification is currently OFF. Registration will not wait for email/mobile OTP. Super Admin can enable verification later from Settings → Registration & Identity.

Your selected role is treated as an application until policy/approval conditions are complete.

Full legal name *

Username Leave blank for an automatic unique username based on your name.

Email Email is normalized to lowercase and must be unique.

Country code

Mobile Exactly 10 national digits; formatting variants normalize to one identity.

Password * Use at least 10 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number.

Confirm password * Re-enter the same password.

Location & zone

PIN is mandatory. Matching zones are offered when available; an unmapped PIN can register unassigned and be assigned later by an authorised admin.

PIN code * Enter 6 digits to resolve zone.

KYC & secure uploads

KYC requirement follows the selected role policy.

KYC documents may be JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP or PDF. Selfie/profile photo remain image-only. Maximum 5 MB each. Executable filenames, invalid MIME/content and active PDF content are rejected; files are stored privately with random names.

Document front JPG/PNG/WEBP/PDF, max 5 MB. Server verifies the real file content.

Document back JPG/PNG/WEBP/PDF, max 5 MB. Server verifies the real file content.

Address proof JPG/PNG/WEBP/PDF, max 5 MB. Server verifies the real file content.

Selfie / live photo Live camera only — no gallery/file chooser. HTTPS is required by most browsers for camera access.

Profile picture Policy: Optional · JPG/PNG/WEBP, max 5 MB.
